I lied…I don’t have 5 things today, just 4!

418 Errors // The other day ago I was at the dining room table listening to V and his friend talk about tech stuff. Naturally. The only part I understood was errors (like 404 errors). Apparently there’s an error that returns “I’m a Teapot.” So I googled it. It’s the 418 error.

No One’s Gonna Love You – Band of Horses // I’m obsessed with this song right now.

Botanical Gardens // On Sunday V and I finally made our way to the Cleveland Botanical Gardens. And with a high of 2 degrees that day (-20 with the wind chill, I’m sure) it was a welcome sight to be in the desert of Madagascar and the rainforest of Costa Rica for an hour or two.

Computers // This isn’t really a specific “thing” but on Sunday night Monday morning at like 5 in the morning V gave me the quick and dirty explanation of how computer processors and RAM work, plus what 32 and 64-bit mean in relation to them. When you really think about it, it’s kind of fascinating how computers actually work. Just think about it…at it’s most basic level, your computer runs and does all these things just based on a series of electrical pulses, on or off, that are turned into binary. And it does it all in nanoseconds. Mind. Blown.
